Mint Smartwash (Mint) is a technologically advanced express tunnel car wash. Mint is currently seeking applicants to join our team in the role of General Manager at their car wash Operations. Mint is a fast paced, rewarding work environment, with a key focus on safety, efficiency, and providing a top-quality level of service to all customers.

General Manager

Position Description:

As a General Manager you will use your knowledge and experience to be the leader of local operations and is responsible for implementation and communication of operation requests and information to and from the Corporate Management Team.

• Being knowledgeable on product and promotions to being able to serve the customer and train other employees
• Building customer relationships through great service
• Perform all job tasks in Compliance with and facilitate enforcement of all Mint policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Perform and review vehicle cleanliness inspections and other Mint checklists.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and enforce of all safety policies and rules, including all required forms and paperwork
• Identify and troubleshoot issues occurring with operating systems
• Represent Mint in the community in a positive manner
• Manage Facility maintenance, upkeep, sales performance, and other KPI metrics
• Ability to schedule employees and manage a team

What you bring:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills- ability to work with customers.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to get to and from work
• 5 years of previous management, sales, and/or customer service experience
• Ability to produce reports, maintain schedules, parts lists, inventory and health and safety documentation.
• Self-starter and ability to motivate and manage others.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong working knowledge of computer systems- full Microsoft Suite
• Management of all staff, disciplinary action including scheduling, firing, hiring, and training.
• Ability to perform minor accounting functions.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Possess some mechanical aptitude- ability to work with tools.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
